One at Palm Apartment

Located in Dubai, One at Palm Apartment was conceived as a highly personalized residential environment that reflects a modern, elevated lifestyle. The design centers on a harmonious interplay of natural textures, dark wood tones, soft neutral finishes, and statement artistic elements, resulting in interiors that feel both intimate and visually striking.

Each space was approached as part of a cohesive narrative, where open-plan living, integrated detailing, and curated focal points come together to enhance the overall experience of the home. From the sculptural chandeliers and custom joinery to the calm material palette and framed views, the apartment expresses a refined contemporary identity with a deeply residential feel.

The central challenge was to create a home that felt luxurious and expressive while maintaining a sense of calm and balance throughout. The design needed to respond to the apartment’s premium setting and generous proportions without becoming overly ornamental or visually overwhelming.

Another key consideration was achieving continuity across the different functional spaces while allowing each room to carry its own atmosphere and character. The project required a careful balance between bold design moments and subtle detailing, ensuring the interiors remained elegant, comfortable, and suitable for everyday living.

Our approach focused on developing a contemporary design language rooted in contrast, texture, and spatial fluidity. We combined dark timber finishes with soft upholstery, warm neutral tones, curated lighting features, and bespoke architectural elements to create a layered yet restrained interior expression.

Special attention was given to the composition of each room, with furniture, lighting, and material applications selected to reinforce openness and sophistication. Feature chandeliers, custom wall treatments, integrated workspaces, and tailored bedroom detailing were all designed to contribute to a unified visual language while elevating the user experience.

As a design and consultation project, our role was to guide the residence through a cohesive design vision, ensuring that every element aligned with the intended aesthetic and lifestyle requirements of the client.
