Located in one of Dubai’s most prestigious residential addresses, Il Primo Apartment was envisioned as a bespoke home tailored to modern urban living. The design language draws on a restrained yet luxurious aesthetic, combining soft neutral tones, rich stone surfaces, custom joinery, and sculptural furnishings to create a residence that feels both serene and elevated.

From the expansive living spaces to the more intimate private rooms, every area was designed with continuity and cohesion in mind. The result is a home that celebrates openness, natural light, and material richness, while maintaining a calm, highly livable atmosphere throughout.

The key challenge was to create a residence that felt grand and sophisticated without becoming overly formal or visually heavy. Given the scale of the apartment and its premium location, the interiors needed to express exclusivity and elegance while still feeling warm, personal, and functional for everyday life.

Another important consideration was ensuring a strong design narrative across the apartment’s different zones — from formal entertaining spaces to private living areas — while preserving a sense of individuality within each room. The balance between luxury, comfort, and practicality was central to the project’s success.

Our approach focused on crafting a timeless interior identity rooted in clean architectural lines, refined textures, and thoughtfully layered materials. We used a soft, neutral palette as the foundation, complemented by marble finishes, dark accents, bespoke wall treatments, and carefully selected furniture pieces to introduce depth and visual contrast.

Attention was given not only to aesthetics, but also to the spatial experience. We emphasized openness, proportion, and light, allowing each room to feel expansive yet intimate. Custom-built elements and tailored detailing helped unify the apartment, while statement lighting, curated artwork, and tactile finishes added character and sophistication.
