Fouche Penthouse was envisioned as a distinctive home that would go beyond conventional luxury to deliver a more expressive and character-driven residential environment. The design brings together elegant stone finishes, soft neutral palettes, dark accents, custom lighting features, and tailored architectural elements to create a residence that feels both sophisticated and individual.

From serene lounge settings and statement bedrooms to feature walls and wellness-inspired spaces, the penthouse was designed to offer a layered experience of comfort, style, and visual impact. The main challenge was to balance multiple design expressions within one residence while maintaining harmony throughout the overall composition. The client’s brief called for a home that felt luxurious and memorable, yet still cohesive, functional, and suitable for everyday living.

Another important aspect was managing the contrast between softer, tranquil spaces and more dramatic statement zones. The design needed to feel elevated and bold without becoming excessive, ensuring that each room could stand out on its own while still contributing to a unified penthouse identity.

Our approach focused on creating a strong visual narrative through form, material contrast, and custom feature elements.
