Located on SZR, Dubai, First Motors Car Showroom was conceived as a flagship destination for showcasing premium and high-performance vehicles in a setting that feels both visually powerful and commercially efficient. The project was approached as a full design-and-build undertaking, allowing the concept to be carried through with clarity from initial vision to final execution.

The showroom brings together large open display areas, customer hospitality zones, private office spaces, and dedicated presentation settings within one cohesive environment. Strong linear geometries, reflective finishes, integrated lighting, and bold architectural gestures create a space that feels dynamic and unmistakably contemporary. The interior enhances the drama of the vehicles while supporting a seamless customer journey.

The primary challenge was to create a showroom environment that could accommodate a wide variety of luxury and performance vehicles while maintaining a strong and unified design language throughout. The space needed to feel iconic and memorable, yet remain practical in terms of circulation, visibility, and day-to-day operation.

Another key challenge was balancing the highly technical and high-energy character of the brand with the need for customer comfort and premium service. The design had to support both spectacle and function, ensuring that display, consultation, hospitality, and brand presence all worked together within one integrated setting.

Our approach focused on expressing movement, precision, and innovation through architectural form and lighting. We used bold ceiling features, illuminated pathways, dark tonal contrasts, and reflective surfaces to create a dramatic showroom atmosphere that elevates the visual presence of each vehicle. The layout was carefully organized to allow for clear sightlines, strong feature moments, and a fluid customer journey through the space.

Dedicated areas such as the vehicle photography studio, lounge zones, executive spaces, and branded display environments were designed to complement the main showroom floor while reinforcing the premium character of the project. Every element, from material selection to lighting composition, was considered to support the brand’s identity and create a setting that feels immersive, polished, and operationally efficient.

First Motors Car Showroom emerged as a bold and highly recognizable automotive destination that reflects the energy and exclusivity of the vehicles it houses.
