City Walk Penthouse was envisioned as a bespoke urban home that combines openness, warmth, and understated luxury within a highly contemporary framework. Designed and built as a complete lifestyle environment, the penthouse balances generous entertaining areas with intimate private spaces, all tied together through a cohesive design language centered on light tones, fluid geometry, and carefully curated finishes.

The main challenge was to design a penthouse that feels expansive and visually striking while maintaining a strong sense of softness and comfort. With large volumes, double-height glazing, and open-plan living areas, the space needed to avoid feeling too stark or impersonal. It was also important to create a seamless flow between social and private zones while preserving a refined and highly tailored character throughout.

Our approach focused on crafting a calm yet expressive interior through proportion, texture, and sculptural simplicity. We used a restrained palette of warm neutrals, soft stone finishes, elegant glass partitions, and subtle accent tones to establish a sense of harmony and lightness. Statement lighting, curved furniture forms, and bespoke details were introduced to soften the architecture and elevate the spatial experience, while the layout was carefully planned to ensure clarity, comfort, and continuity across every zone.
