Casa Vibrante

Casa Vibrante is a 17,000 sq ft end-user residence in Jumeirah Bay Island, designed across façade, landscape, and interiors as a fully integrated concept. Conceived as a home of distinct atmospheres, the project is built around a narrative of space, ocean, land, and nature, with each level carrying its own emotional identity while remaining part of one cohesive residential experience. 

The design balances moments of energy and spectacle with spaces of calm, privacy, and retreat. From the dramatic basement entertainment areas and wellness spaces to the serene living rooms, sculptural entrance, layered bedroom suites, and landscaped roof lounge, the villa has been envisioned as a residence that feels expressive, luxurious, and deeply personal.

The brief called for a large private residence that would feel exceptional in both lifestyle and identity, while maintaining coherence across a complex multi-level program. As an end-user home in Jumeirah Bay Island, the project needed to offer highly individual spaces tailored to entertainment, family living, wellness, and private retreat without becoming fragmented or visually disconnected.

A further challenge was coordinating three major design layers — façade, landscape, and interiors — into a single narrative. The program includes a basement with car park, gym, sauna-spa, cinema, entertainment area, cigar lounge, cloakroom and powder rooms; a ground floor with entrance lobby, formal living and dining, family living and show kitchen, office, and guest suite; a first floor with the master suite, three further bedrooms, prayer room, and family lounge; and a roof level with lounge and outdoor entertaining areas. The scale and diversity of this brief required a design language that could shift in mood while still feeling completely unified.

Our approach was to embrace contrast while maintaining a strong conceptual thread throughout the residence. The basement was imagined as the most theatrical layer of the project, inspired by space and expressed through immersive lighting, dark reflective finishes, neon-inflected tones, custom feature walls, and entertainment-led planning. The car park, gym, spa, cinema, entertainment zone, and cigar lounge all build on this more dramatic mood, creating a private world of leisure and spectacle beneath the home. 

At ground level, the language softens into a more open and composed residential atmosphere influenced by ocean references. The entrance and lobby introduce sculptural forms, marble surfaces, custom artwork, and water-inspired floor detailing, while the formal living and dining areas combine double-height volume, veined stone, high-contrast materiality, and carefully selected furniture to create a refined but expressive setting. The family living and show kitchen continue this approach with warmer veneers, softer forms, and a more intimate everyday atmosphere. 

The upper floors become increasingly personal and calm, drawing on land and nature as emotional references. Bedrooms, family lounge, and private suites are developed through warmer textures, layered marble, timber veneers, soft carpets, and sculptural furniture pieces that give each room its own identity while preserving continuity. The master suite is treated as a private retreat with integrated lounge, dressing, and ensuite areas, while the roof lounge and terrace extend the home into a more relaxed outdoor lifestyle setting.

The result is a highly personalized residence where façade, landscape, and interiors operate as one immersive design experience. Every floor of Casa Vibrante offers its own atmosphere, yet together they form a coherent journey through bold entertainment, refined social living, private retreat, and elevated outdoor leisure.

As an end-user home, the project is positioned not simply as a luxury villa, but as a fully curated lifestyle environment. Its dramatic basement experiences, sculptural entrance, layered living spaces, bespoke private suites, and expressive roof-level amenities come together to create a residence that feels memorable, distinctive, and deeply aligned with CK’s ability to translate narrative into built design.
