Burj115

Located in one of Dubai’s most iconic landmarks, Burj115 was envisioned as a premium office space that reflects both status and functionality. Spanning 10,000 square feet, the design brings together sculptural architectural forms, warm timber finishes, soft neutral tones, and bespoke furnishings to create a workplace that is polished, welcoming, and distinctly memorable.

The office was carefully planned to support a range of professional experiences, from focused individual work and executive meetings to collaborative discussions and informal lounge interactions. Expansive glazing, curated lighting features, and elegant detailing establish a strong sense of openness and sophistication throughout, while the panoramic views become an integral part of the spatial identity.

The primary challenge was to design a corporate environment that felt prestigious and high-performing without becoming cold or overly formal. Given the unique setting within Burj Khalifa, the space needed to respond to its iconic context while also serving the practical and operational requirements of a modern workplace.

Another key challenge was balancing large open areas, executive zones, meeting rooms, and breakout spaces within one cohesive design language. The project required a careful approach to flow, hierarchy, and atmosphere, ensuring that every space felt connected, purposeful, and aligned with the client’s image.

Our approach focused on shaping a workplace experience defined by elegance, comfort, and visual clarity. We introduced a restrained yet luxurious material palette, pairing warm wood finishes with soft upholstery, sculptural lighting, glass partitions, and smooth architectural curves to create a seamless and contemporary environment.

Special emphasis was placed on the executive and client-facing areas, where statement forms and custom elements reinforce a strong sense of identity and presence. At the same time, the workspaces and meeting zones were designed with functionality, comfort, and efficiency in mind, supporting day-to-day use without compromising the overall aesthetic vision.

Through design, procurement, and consultancy, we ensured consistency across every stage of the project, from concept development and material selection to the final styling and implementation of the space.

Burj115 emerged as a refined corporate interior that combines executive sophistication with everyday usability. The completed office offers a balanced environment where prestige, comfort, and functionality coexist, creating a workplace that is both visually distinctive and operationally effective.

The result is a contemporary office defined by strong architectural character, tailored detailing, and an elevated sense of experience — a space that reflects the prominence of its Burj Khalifa location while supporting a modern, forward-thinking way of working.
