The key challenge was to create a residence that fully embraces its dramatic views and generous proportions without feeling cold or overly formal. The design needed to balance statement luxury with livability, while carefully integrating a variety of functions — from entertaining and relaxation to private wellness — into one unified penthouse environment.

Our approach focused on spatial clarity, material harmony, and a seamless indoor-outdoor connection. We used a restrained yet rich palette of marble, timber, glass, and metallic accents to create depth and sophistication, while open-plan arrangements, custom detailing, and carefully curated lighting elevated the overall experience.
