CK Architecture Interiors, a vertically integrated design and build boutique specialist, has handed over another signature villa on Billionaire’s Row of Palm Jumeirah.
The company previously delivered two signature villas on Frond G of Palm Jumeirah, with three more villas due to be completed later this year.
The successful and timely handover of the ultra-luxury villa – Framed Allure, further reinforces CK Architecture Interiors’ growing reputation of adding significant value to developers looking to maximise their returns.

“According to a recent report, prices of high-end luxury residential properties are expected to increase by 13.5% this year, mainly driven by demand for opulent homes and the city’s global reputation as a safe investment haven.
With five bedrooms, Framed Allure is built over four levels – basement, ground, first and second floors, on a plot of 1,486m2.
The ultra-luxury villa has a rooftop terrace with a fully equipped modern gym, yoga deck, cinema, and golf simulator, and a basement floor specifically crafted for car enthusiasts that can accommodate eight cars.
Design and concept
Inspired by Italian design, the villa features a triple-height entrance hall, and the living area mixes modernity and sophistication. Adding to its luxurious feel are the custom-made furniture and one-off pieces from Minotti, Henge, B&B Italia, Baxter, and Boca do Lobo, amongst others.
The outdoor area features a pool, an outdoor kitchen, a BBQ patio, a large and small dining area, and loungers.
CK Architecture Interiors is also working on three more signature villas at Billionaires’ Row, two villas at Dubai Hills, a penthouse at Bluewaters, and multiple upcoming designs and build projects across the UAE.
The company provides bespoke design and build solutions for residential, commercial, and hospitality projects and has worked on some prestigious projects, including Signature and Garden Villas at Palm Jumeirah, Penthouses at Bluewaters and Il Primo, Royal Villas and an ultra-luxury car showroom along Sheikh Zayed Road amongst others.
The Frame Allure villa is being developed by Alpago Properties, with its architectural design led by Emre Arolat Architecture.
