Design Architect

At CK, the Design Architect plays a keyrole in shaping design-led projects from concept through development. Thisposition is ideal for a creative and detail-oriented professional who cantranslate ideas into clear architectural solutions, balancing aesthetics,functionality, and technical coordination. You will work as part of acollaborative team dedicated to delivering thoughtful, high-quality spaces.

• Develop architectural concepts and design proposals in line with project briefs and client expectations
• Produce clear design presentations, mood boards, and visual materials to communicate ideas effectively
• Prepare schematic designs, design development packages, and drawing documentation with the Technical Team
• Coordinate with interior designers, technical teams, consultants, and external stakeholders throughout the design process
• Ensure that design outputs meet project timelines, quality standards, and brand expectations
• Support material selection, detailing, and design research to strengthen overall project outcomes
• Review design feedback and implement revisions with clarity, accuracy, and consistency
• Contribute to a collaborative studio environment through strong communication and proactive problem-solving

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degreein Architecture
• Minimum 5 years ofrelevant professional experience in architectural design
• Strong design thinking, spatialplanning, and concept development skills
• Proficiency in AutoCAD,Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and presentation tools
• Ability to prepare clear,accurate, and well-structured design documentation
• Good understanding ofmaterials, construction methods, and detailing principles
• Strong communication andcoordination skills when working with clients, consultants, and internal teams
• Ability to manage priorities,meet deadlines, and work effectively within a fast-paced environment
• A portfolio thatdemonstrates creativity, technical understanding, and well-resolved design work
